Lewis Management is responsible for managing the Rancho Sahuarita Homeowners Association. Their duties include the collection of association dues, conducting bi-weekly community homeowner inspections, documenting the letters and records for any violations of the CCRs, and the receipt of maintenance requests and community concerns. They also organize the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) processes, manage the Governing Documents of the community, and distribute Welcome Packets to residents.
Additionally, The Rancho Sahuarita Co. has a unique vision for this community and we find it helpful to have a “hands-on” approach in order to maintain the quality of the various operations inherent with such a large development.
