Exciting Changes to Come at Valley Animal Hospital in Sahuarita

Valley Animal Hospital, located in the Rancho Sahuarita Marketplace, has many exciting changes in the works. In addition to current general practice veterinary services, including preventative care, medical and dental care, vaccinations, spaying, neutering and others, the Sahuarita office will begin offering grooming services in early 2015. These services will be offered on select days, including Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

The office also plans to offer extended hours, which will go into effect on January 5th. The new hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed Thursday.

Finally, the Sahuarita location will soon be offering access to its own website, independent from the website of the main hospital in Tucson. This will allow local customers direct and more personalized access to information and updates about services, hours, and other pertinent details about the practice.

After opening in the Rancho Sahuarita Marketplace in May of 2013, the veterinary practice quickly gained popularity amongst local residents of the area. The well-known hospital already had a positive reputation in the community, as many residents previously commuted up to the Tucson office for their pets’ care. The addition of the new branch with its own team has allowed the practice to grow and further provide outstanding quality service and care to both existing and new patients. Dr. Katie Arntzen and Dr. Carla Bernal are the veterinarians at the Sahuarita office.

Valley Animal has a long history in the Tucson regional community, as the main hospital was established in Tucson more than 50 years ago. The main hospital is a full-service 24-7 veterinary care center offering comprehensive medical, surgical, urgent and emergency care services. Sahuarita patients have access to this team and facility when they need more critical care.

Valley Animal Hospital is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. For more information, visit www.tucsonvah.com/sahuarita or call the Sahuarita office at 520-308-3464.
