Our Story

Nestled at the base of the majestic Santa Rita Mountains, and surrounded by the world’s largest pecan grove, but only minutes away from Tucson and the surrounding metro area, Rancho Sahuarita offers the best of both worlds: a friendly small-town atmosphere with the proximity of city life close enough for every day convenience, but far enough away to leave it all behind.
At Rancho Sahuarita, the magical sense of community is literally all in your backyard. Our community offers a highly amenitized lifestyle, surrounding a 15-acre lake park in the center of the community that is ideal for sailing, fishing or enjoying a performance at the lake’s amphitheatre. There are 11 miles of paved trails that weave throughout the community that connect neighborhoods and schools. The eight parks offer a variety of features including a Safari Trail with life-sized bronze statues of African animals, Desert Interpretative and Butterfly Gardens, picnic tables and tot lots. At the centerpiece of this recreational master plan is Club Rancho Sahuarita, with the largest private splash park in Arizona, a 6,000 sq. ft. fitness facility, a new Kids Club, and an Activity Park with an electric train for weekend rides, a pedal car racetrack, a nine-hole miniature golf course, a shaded playground, and an event lawn for concerts and outdoor entertainment.
Introducing a continual stream of new amenities and programming has created a magical experience at Rancho Sahuarita, Southern Arizona’s most extraordinary residential community. Our one of a kind amenity package establishes an exclusive identity and creates a sense of place and belonging for all of our residents. The quality and value of Rancho Sahuarita’s amenities and lifestyle differentiate it from all other communities, making it a unique year-around destination. |
